FAQ

Does Pohoda need to be running?

For desktop Pohoda, yes. The agent runs on the computer or server with Pohoda and transfers data while it is on.

How do I install the agent?

Download it from the client zone and pair it with a six-digit code. It then connects to us on its own, encrypted, and updates itself.

Which banks do you support?

Fio and Raiffeisenbank via API, Tatra banka via Premium API. Other banks via statements or notification e-mails.

Where is my data?

On servers in the EU. Keys to your systems are stored encrypted.
